Industrial parks with offshore wind power manufacturing bases in Guangdong Yangjiang, Huizhou and Jiangsu Sheyang, which are distributed in provincial regions in the Middle East and south of China, have been successively started to build 100 billion offshore wind power industrial clusters, providing a solid backing for China's further exploration into the sea.
